スイングバーストレッチ、背泳ぎ型回旋です

固まった背中をほぐし、中々動かさない身体の脇などストレッチするのにとても良い運動です!

(大腰筋、脊柱起立筋群、体側筋等に効きます)

椎間板ヘルニア、座骨神経痛などの対処にも適しています

足からウェイトが浮かない様に上手くできるのが難しいですが、これも私は3つの基本的で効果的だと思う導線を考えて教えます

基本的な導線を覚えたら、角度が少し変わるだけで効くところが変わるので色々試してご覧になると良いと思います。
