そして背骨と股関節の間をつなぐ筋肉である腸腰筋はスイングバーに両腕をかけて上体を上に引き延ばしながら、90度に膝を曲げ、腰の安定を目指すことにより鍛えられ、ただランジ運動をするより高い効果が得られます
